Life’s main purpose is staying happy at all times. You can derive happiness from so many things. It is impossible to be happy if you are sick. Most times you will spend much of your time in hospitals. You are going to stay put as you take medicine and other foods to get you recovered quickly. Happiness starts from oneself. If you cannot make yourself happy, then no one will. Illnesses like cancer sucks happiness from you. You come frustrated to a point giving up by undertaking surgery or treatment of cancer.

Plant proteins are considered the best kinds. The other proteins that are good for the body are seafood and other white meat. Chances of people who take these types of meat are at a lesser risk of getting diseases such as cancer or goiter.
The other type of foods to include in the diet are fruits and vegetables. The usefulness of this type of foods is protecting the body against diseases. It also gives the body vital vitamins. Rashes, skin breakage and cracking are never part of you if you if you choose to take vegetables and fruits. Fruits should be included in all meals. Examples of these meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fruits should also be taken before meals or thirty minutes after meals.
Lastly, you need to take a lot of water. The biggest part of your body is made of fluids. People excrete most fluids through some activities. For instance, when they sweat or visit the bathroom. For most activities to take place in the body, fluids must be considered. What must you do then to make sure your body is supplied with water all the time? You are required to take at least eight glasses of water on a daily basis. Taking freshly made drinks is also recommended. Living a happy life should start from taking healthy diet.
